Italian oil and fuel main Eni has prolonged the constitution for KNOT Offshore Partners’ shuttle tanker Torill Knutsen.
KNOT mentioned on Monday that Eni’s subsidiary, Eni Trading and Shipping, exercised two of its one-year choices to increase the time constitution of the 2013-built aframax shuttle tanker Torill Knutsen till November 2022.
Due to the early train of the choices, the corporate granted Eni
an extra possibility to increase the time constitution by one further one-year interval.
Eni now has the choice to increase the time constitution by two one-year
intervals till November 2024.
