More than 1,000 middle-school women have joined ExxonMobil for the corporate’s 16th annual Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day, which goals to encourage feminine college students to think about engineering as a profession.

Over a number of days, workers from ExxonMobil and its subsidiary XTO Energy throughout the United States led college students by interactive actions that vary from chemistry to physics. More than 15,000 college students have participated in Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day actions for the reason that program’s inception in 2003.
