French-based designer and provider of nuclear steam provide methods, gear and providers, Framatome, has acquired the nuclear and course of automation arm of Hungary-based agency Evopro.
The acquisition is predicted to be finalised by the primary quarter of 2021.
Approximately 30 Evopro NPA staff will be a part of Framatome to assist the agency to strengthen its place in Central Europe and set up a neighborhood presence in Hungary.

Evopro NPA’s experience consists of initiatives that contain instrumentation and management (I&C) for the nuclear business and the European Spallation Source, and course of and different power automation actions, primarily in Hungary.
Frédéric Lelièvre, senior govt vice chairman of Sales, Regional Platforms and I&C at Framatome, stated: “This acquisition permits us to broaden our presence in Central Europe as main I&C initiatives, comparable to these on the Paks Nuclear Power Plant.
