Fugro has gained an preliminary three-year contract with UK-based decommissioning service supplier Well-Safe Solutions.
Fugro will ship its marine-based answer onboard the Well-Safe Guardian semi-submersible rig.
The contract will see Fugro supplying and supporting remotely operated car (ROV) providers, rig positioning and likewise distant operations.
Expert help will come from Fugro’s distant operations centre in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Remote entry through the onshore crew will cut back Fugro’s personnel onboard and likewise enhance effectivity and maximise security.
