U.S. offshore engineering and companies supplier McDermott has made the primary cargo of topside modules for a floating manufacturing storage and offloading (FPSO) unit for Japan’s MODEC.

MODEC obtained a letter of intent for provide, constitution, and operations of an FPSO vessel from Eni again in October 2018.

The FPSO might be situated within the Eni-operated Area 1 block, roughly six miles (10 kilometres) off the coast of Mexico within the shallow waters of the Campeche Bay at a water depth of roughly 105 toes (32 meters).
