PAO Novatek introduced that immediately in Magnitogorsk a ceremony was held, within the presence of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yury Borisov, to launch the primary small-scale LNG plant within the Chelyabinsk area with a design capability of 40 thousand tons every year. Novatek-Chelyabinsk, a completely owned subsidiary, commenced pilot LNG manufacturing on the facility.
