Odfjell Submersible Rig, Yantai is leaving South Africa and on schedule to begin a long run contract with Neptune Energy on Duva and Gjøa Projects in Norway in November 2019

In February, Neptune Energy submitted improvement plans to Norwegian authorities for the Duva (PL636) and Gjøa P1 (PL153) initiatives within the Norwegian sector of the North Sea.

On 1 March 2019, a letter of intent was issued by authorities for the subsea manufacturing programs and subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines programs (SPS/SURF) contract.

On 19 March 2019, Neptune Energy was awarded a rig contract utilizing the Deepsea Yantai semi-submersible drilling unit.
