TechnipFMC introduced that JFT, a consortium between JGC Corporation, Fluor Corporation and TechnipFMC has been awarded an Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract by Mozambique Rovuma Venture S.p.A. (MRV) for the Rovuma LNG onshore liquefied pure fuel manufacturing advanced undertaking situated in Cabo Delgado, Mozambique.
MRV, a joint-venture composed of Eni, ExxonMobil and CNPC, holds a 70% curiosity within the exploration and manufacturing concession of Area four, with Galp, Kogas and Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos (ENH) every holding a 10% curiosity.
The Rovuma LNG Project will produce, liquefy and market pure fuel from three reservoirs of the Mamba advanced situated within the Area four block within the Offshore Rovuma Basin. It contains the development of two pure fuel liquefaction trains, with a complete LNG nameplate capability of 15.2 Mtpa(1), in addition to related onshore services.
