Hydrogen Fuels Australia is partnering with European corporations to launch what’s claimed to be Australia’s first modular hydrogen manufacturing and built-in gas cell electrical automobiles (FCEV) refueling facility.

In partnership with Skai Energies, Swedish agency Nilsson Energy, Plug Power and Danish firm Green Hydrogen Systems, Hydrogen Fuels Australia is setting up the power in Truganina, close to Laverton in Victoria.

The facility will probably be constructed on a 5-hectare piece of land and will probably be able to producing 60-90kgs of inexperienced hydrogen from its personal 750kw photo voltaic array as soon as operational in February 2022. With time, the location will probably be scaled as much as provide roughly three,000kg with the capability to gas 100+ automobiles per day. Rainwater will probably be used for the electrolysis course of.

Nilsson Energy will present its RE8760 expertise for distant operation of the microgrid, Green Hydrogen Systems will present its modular electrolysers for manufacturing of the inexperienced hydrogen while Plug Power will present energy for the location.

Due to the modular nature of H2FA’s hydrogen energy services, the location could have all gear above floor, which means that the operation could be relocated with minimal environmental impression and value – a significant benefit over legacy petroleum and diesel refuelling stations.

Capital for the deployment of the venture has been raised and all the mandatory permits acquired.
